Cummins is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers regarding account inquiries, troubleshooting, and assistance with navigating the company's website. 2. Communicate effectively with customers through email, chat, and phone to address their concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Must be detail-oriented and able to provide accurate information to customers.
