Job Description:
Cummins is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent time management and people management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers regarding account inquiries, troubleshooting, and assistance with navigating the company's website. 2. Communicate effectively with customers through email, chat, and phone to address their concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers with their inquiries. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer support skills.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 2. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 4. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred. 5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have basic computer skills. 6. Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 7. Must be detail-oriented and able to provide accurate information to customers.
