Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist

Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America is currently seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role to provide high-quality support to our online account holders.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist online account holders with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their accounts. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Work closely with other members of the online support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Monitor online account activity to identify and address any potential security concerns. 5. Collaborate with other departments to implement new online account features and enhancements. 6. Provide training and guidance to online account holders on how to maximize the benefits of their accounts.


Requirements: 1. Driven and independent with a strong work ethic. 2. Strategic planning and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Proficiency in using online account management systems. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
