Job Description - Online Call Center Assistant

Job description:


As an Online Call Center Assistant at Interpublic Group in Seattle, Washington, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support through various online platforms. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints through online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. 6. Use creativity and innovation to develop new strategies for improving the online customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 5. Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7.
