Job description:
As an Online Call Center Assistant at Interpublic Group in Seattle, Washington, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support through various online platforms. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints through online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4.
