Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via online platforms, such as chat and email.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Assisting customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and product information. 3. Troubleshooting customer problems and finding solutions in a timely manner. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with colleagues to improve overall customer satisfaction and service.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong people management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. 3. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
