Job Description: Marathon Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online platforms. This position requires a high level of confidence and drive to succeed, as well as strong leadership and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers 2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges 4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience 6. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies 7. Identifying and escalating any issues to management as needed
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Confident and driven personality 3. Strong leadership and adaptability skills 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools 7. Willingness to work part-time hours
