Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Avnet is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of online customer service practices.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee daily operations of the online call center, including monitoring call volume, ensuring service levels are met, and resolving escalated customer issues. 2. Implement and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service. 3. Train, mentor, and coach call center representatives to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze call center data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Coordinate with other departments to address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations. 7. Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth operation of call center technology and software.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in a call center management role, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in call center software and customer service platforms. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
