Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the operations of the online call center, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve call center performance and efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Hire, train, and supervise call center staff to ensure a high level of professionalism and performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and resolve issues efficiently - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in call center management - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively lead a team - Proven track record of strategic planning and implementing process improvements - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with call center technology and software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
