Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Officer at NCR in Seattle, Washington, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through online channels. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals with excellent communication skills, confidence, and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound customer inquiries via online chat, email, or social media platforms. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Upselling products or services when appropriate. 5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 7. Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving conflicts. 5. Motivated to meet and exceed performance targets. 6. Ability to make sound decisions and analyze customer needs. 7. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
