Job Description:
Nuro, a cutting-edge technology company based in San Francisco, California, is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team at the Associate Level. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
As an Online Call Center Representative at Nuro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients through various communication channels. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails and online inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers with placing orders, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
In addition to handling customer queries, you will also be responsible for data entry, maintaining customer records, and updating the online database with accurate and up-to-date information. Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure the accuracy of customer information and order processing.
We are looking for candidates who are hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues in a calm and empathetic manner.
