Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Henry Schein is seeking an energetic and motivated Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing support to our clients via phone and online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist clients with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product or service issues. 3. Provide information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and promotions. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Use online chat platforms to assist customers with inquiries and provide support. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management.

Requirements: 1. No previous experience required - on-the-job training will be provided. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. 3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency with basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. 6. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
