Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

ADP is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced online call center environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Conduct online research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations and provide solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. 6. Manage and update customer information in the company database accurately. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed customer service performance goals and objectives.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult customer interactions. 4. Excellent people management skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Must be driven and self-motivated.
