Online Call Center Specialist

Frontier Communications is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, issues, or requests - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Utilize persuasive skills to upsell products and services to customers - Present information clearly and effectively to customers - Research and resolve customer complaints, escalating as needed to management - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center efficiency - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong persuasion and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
