Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: HCA Holdings is seeking a reliable and resilient Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users through chat communications.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to customers - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems - Conduct research to provide detailed answers to customer questions - Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations and frustrated customers - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
