Online Chat Support Assistant

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, as well as demonstrate emotional intelligence and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in computer applications and online communication tools
