Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Fluor in Denver, Colorado. As an Online Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Conduct research and gather information to provide comprehensive responses to customer inquiries. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and motivated personality with a strong desire to succeed. 3. Excellent research and decision-making skills. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
