PPL is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This entry-level position is part-time and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. As an Online Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers online to provide information and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to improve overall support processes - Utilize critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and address customer concerns - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Present information clearly and effectively to customers
