Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Quest Diagnostics is currently seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support representatives to ensure excellent customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of online chat support services - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor chat support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support - Represent the online chat support team in meetings and presentations to senior management


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience managing an online chat support team - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven track record of innovation and strategic planning - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of customer service best practices and metrics - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
