Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Oscar Health is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Use decision-making skills to escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Communicate effectively with customers through written chat interactions - Utilize technology and software tools to efficiently manage customer interactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and technology tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a customer service or online support role is preferred
