Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Part-Time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and efficient online chat support to customers with inquiries or issues regarding products or services. 2. Respond to customer messages in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions quickly and effectively. 4. Demonstrate adaptability in handling a variety of customer situations and requests. 5. Display leadership qualities in guiding customers through complex issues and providing accurate information. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 7. Stay informed of product updates and changes to effectively assist customers with accurate information.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and driven personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think on your feet. 4. Leadership qualities to guide customers through their inquiries and issues. 5. Excellent written communication skills. 6.
