Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations within a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities: - Manage online communications with clients through email, chat, and social media platforms - Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist in the development of client retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty - Work closely with the marketing team to promote new products and services to clients - Conduct market research and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide reports on client interactions and feedback to management

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to analyze data and identify key insights - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools - Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus, but not required
