Online Client Relations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through online platforms - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct presentations and demonstrations for clients as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide insights to clients - Analyze data and metrics to track client engagement and success

Requirements: - Proven experience in online client relations - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and online platforms
