Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in personal care and hygiene products, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C., US. This position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in client relations management, who is resourceful, reliable, and possesses strong adaptability and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience - Analyze client data and trends to develop reports and recommendations for optimizing client engagement and sales opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing the company's online presence - Implement and manage online client engagement campaigns to drive brand awareness and loyalty - Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content for online platforms that align with the company's brand voice and objectives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field - 8 years of experience in client relations management, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
