Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Centene, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients through online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online client relationship strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Monitor online client feedback and reviews and take appropriate action to address any issues. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content for clients. 5. Analyze data and metrics related to online client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive client experience. 7. Act as the primary point of contact for online client interactions and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3. Driven and resourceful with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to solve problems. 6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 7. Experience with online customer relationship management platforms is preferred.
