Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Officer at CH2M Hill, located in San Diego, California, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients in the online sphere. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via various online platforms to address inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding services, products, and company updates. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 4. Monitor client feedback and respond appropriately to maintain positive relationships. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online client experience. 6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials targeted towards online clients. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards client satisfaction. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms. 8. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
