Job Description - Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:


Expedia is looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for hardworking and energetic individuals who possess strong emotional intelligence and planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with team members to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless client experience - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to further enhance client relations


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
