Job Description - Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:


Edison International is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing online client interactions and relationships while working part-time.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients through online platforms, such as email, social media, and chat services. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Collaborate with other team members to address client needs and provide solutions to client issues. 4. Assist in developing and implementing online client engagement strategies. 5. Monitor online client feedback and reviews and provide reports to management as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing excellent client service. 3. Strong strategic planning and time management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using online platforms for client interactions. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
