Online Client Relations Specialist

Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Managing online client relationships and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction - Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of ITW's products and services to assist clients with their inquiries - Monitoring and reporting on client feedback and trends to help improve our products and services - Assisting with the development and implementation of online client engagement strategies

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of resilience and dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online communication platforms - Experience in project management is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
