Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark, a leading global personal care company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with online inquiries, orders, and issues through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the online client experience - Take a leadership role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for continuous improvement


Requirements: - Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Proven leadership abilities and willingness to take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
