Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois is seeking an Online Client Service Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the online client service industry. The Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigation of our online platform. 3. Provide product recommendations and assist with order processing. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to clients. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
