Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Epic Games is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via online platforms, email, and phone - Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring prompt and accurate responses to client queries - Analyze customer feedback and data to improve the overall client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Assist in the development of online support resources and guides for clients - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Meet performance metrics related to response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong communication and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a customer service or client support role - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus
