Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Targa Resources is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and energetic, with excellent research and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints - Educate clients on products and services offered by Targa Resources - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong research skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours
