Job Description - Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Pacific Life is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online services. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to client problems and provide accurate information in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Monitor online client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to our services. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.


Requirements: 1. Previous experience in client support or a related field. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Excellent research skills to find solutions to client inquiries. 4. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. 5. Resilient in the face of challenges and able to remain calm under pressure.
