Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Fluor is seeking a detail-oriented Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via online chat, email, and other communication channels - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Assist clients with account management tasks, such as updating personal information or navigating the online platform - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to better assist clients - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the online client support process

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable attitude - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with online platforms and customer relationship management systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
