Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:


United Technologies is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent online client support through phone, email, and live chat channels - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Utilize critical thinking and strategic planning skills to improve the overall client support process - Contribute to the development and implementation of online client support strategies - Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Proven experience in online client support or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
