Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Health Net is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience, the Online Client Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and escalate as needed. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 4. Monitor client usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online client experience. 6. Provide training and support to clients on how to use our online platform effectively. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and retention. 8. Analyze data and metrics to track client satisfaction and performance.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in online client support or a related field. 2. Driven and resourceful individual who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience with online customer service platforms is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
