Responsibilities: 1. Provide online client support to customers through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Manage and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions to issues as they arise. 4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist clients with their needs. 5. Implement strategies to optimize the online client support process and improve overall customer experience. 6. Monitor client feedback and identify trends to proactively address potential issues and enhance service delivery. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of online client support training programs for new hires. 8. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in online client support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. 4. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and resolving client inquiries efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms to manage client interactions. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Experience in strategic planning and adapting to changing business requirements. 9.
