Job Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and processes.
