Job Description:
AutoNation is seeking a confident and driven Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Confident and driven attitude - 3+ years of experience in customer service or client support - High school diploma or equivalent
