Job Description:
Sonic Automotive is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer support through phone, email, and chat channels - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests regarding products and services - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction - Use CRM software to accurately track customer interactions and update client profiles - Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs or escalations - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering top-notch support to clients
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
