Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


KKR is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. 3. Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance and ensure their needs are met. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Continuously look for ways to improve the online client support process. 8. Provide feedback to management on common client issues and trends.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in online client support or a related field. 2. Resourceful and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to client inquiries. 4. Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using online support tools and software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
