Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist


Job Description:


Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. We are looking for a confident and energetic individual with excellent negotiation skills and high emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online support to clients through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering product-related questions - Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in our products and services - Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or client support - Confident and energetic personality with strong negotiation skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
