Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Caterpillar is seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to clients - Assist clients with any technical issues they may encounter while using our online platform - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth online client experience - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to online clients - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Monitor online client activity and provide reports and analysis to management


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online client support or a related field - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations - Confidence in communicating with a diverse range of clients and colleagues - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
