Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and dynamic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at WestRock in Dallas, Texas. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. The Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database. 6. Assist with online marketing efforts, such as promoting special offers and events to drive sales. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and driven attitude with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong people management and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in using online communication platforms and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
