Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team at Stripe in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online contact center operations. This role requires a high level of autonomy, resourcefulness, and independence to ensure the success of our customer service team.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness - Manage a team of online contact center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online customer service management - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the online contact center team


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online customer service management - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service results - Resourceful and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
