Job Description:
Tractor Supply is seeking a dynamic Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level seniority, this role requires a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, possess excellent presentation skills, and demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the contact center. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and to drive success. 4. Train, mentor, and coach contact center staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2. Previous experience in a leadership role within a contact center environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contact center software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
