Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and telephone - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively engage with customers to promote products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - No previous experience required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence and resourcefulness to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
