Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at FedEx in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through our online platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Take ownership of and follow through on customer issues until they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
