Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate-level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist with updating and maintaining the online customer care knowledge base. 7. Assist in identifying trends and patterns in customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and reliable with strong critical thinking and time management skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
