Job Description:
Western Digital is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care and a strong drive to excel in an energetic and motivated work environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 5. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. 6. Plan and prioritize workload to meet customer care goals and objectives. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and procedures. 8. Uphold Western Digital's commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer care or a related role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Energetic and motivated personality traits. 7. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 8. Strong planning and time management skills.
