Job Description:
Tractor Supply is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of online customer care operations.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online platforms, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback - Monitor and analyze customer trends and feedback to improve service and overall customer satisfaction - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Implement innovative strategies to enhance online customer care and drive customer engagement - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer care goals are met - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred - Experience with online customer care platforms and technologies is a plus - Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
